Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders
  • Personal preference
  • Product not meeting expectations

Damaged Items Only

We will replace items that arrive damaged in transit.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    Product, Packaging, & Shipping materials

Once approved, a replacement will be sent.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, contact us. We will assist with the carrier claim process.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
